Where is my order?
Your order will go through a few phases: Pending, Shipped, Shipping, Completed
Pending
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you did not receive this email, please contact us with your name and address so we can get you that information. If you need to adjust your order, this is the time to do it.
Shipped
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you did not receive this email, please contact us with your name and address so we can get you that information. If you need to adjust your order, this is the time to do it.
Once shipped, tracking numbers may not update until they reach your country. Due to the current status of international shipping, this could take months! Once we ship the package, it is out of our control.
Shipping
Once the item has reached your country, shipping should proceed as normal, and you can expect to receive the item fairly quickly after that.
Completed
Once the last item has shipped, we will mark your order complete. Your order will be marked complete before you receive the items, this simply means that we've done everything we need to do and your items are being processed by mail couriers.
Stock
Covers, Accessories
Most covers and accessories are kept in stock and will ship quickly. There may be a delay if an item is not in-stock. If you need an item urgently, please contact us to check stock.
Inners
Inners will ship from the closest warehouse, which is either United States, Germany, or China. If stock is not available in the nearest warehouse, it will be shipped from another one if available.
