What is 2-way tricot?

2-way tricot is a stretch fabric popular among the dakimakura community. While the basic material of all 2-way tricots are very similar (+/-85% polyester, +/-15% polyurethane), fabric manufacturing and finishing process gives each fabric a different feel, appearance, and properties.

Where are your covers made?

Our covers are printed in China using Mutoh printers imported from Japan. Our fabric is developed per our specification and sent to our printers for the rest of the manufacturing process.

Does that mean your fabric is “Chinese” 2-way tricot?

China is the world’s leading producer of textile products. What gives “Chinese 2-way tricot” a bad name is due to bootleggers and cheap printer’s constant attempts to cut corners to compete on price while letting quality and workmanship suffer. We carefully work with the suppliers of each components down to the zippers to ensure we only offer the best.


Will I get a tracking number?

Tracking number is included in every order. You will receive the tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.

When can I expect my order?

In stock items will be shipped within 1 business day, otherwise orders are estimated to ship within 30 days. Generally, shipping is expected to take between 4-7 business days for express shipping and 14-30 days for standard shipping. Custom clearance time may vary depending on country.

Which designs are in stock?

For the most accurate information, please contact us. If an item is not in stock it will be made print to order.

Do you offer custom printings?

Yes, please contact us and we will work with you personally to print. You must own the design you are printing.

Do you accept any other payment methods?

Please contact us, we are open to accept other payment methods in the future.

What if my order contains both in stock and print to order items?

Orders will ship within 30 days once everything is in stock.

Why do I need to provide my phone number?

We value your privacy; phone number is only used for customs/shipping purpose. Unreachable number may cause the package to be delayed or undeliverable.

What languages are available for customer support?

We are fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay. Additionally, Japanese and other languages are available with assistance of translating services.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns.

Do you accept cancellations?

Orders that has yet to be shipped can be cancelled. Once shipping request is sent to our warehouse, cancellation is not guaranteed.

What if my order is missing/incorrect/ or damaged?

Please contact us right away and we will investigate.

My order is stuck in customs, can you help?

While in customs possession, it is outside of the shipping agent’s control. Please wait patiently for customs clearance or requests for further information.
